2025 marks the 140th anniversary of the Selmer manufacture. In 1885, the clarinetist Henri Selmer, founded what was to become a world reference in the world of music. Clarinets, saxophones, trumpets and even guitars will establish themselves during its first 140 years as essential or even legendary instruments for certain models.
The guitar of Django Reinhardt, the trumpet of Louis Armstrong, the saxophone of John Coltrane or the clarinet of Benny Goodman have in common that they left the Selmer factory.
Selmer even invited himself into space aboard the International Space Station (ISS) in 2016 through astronaut Thomas Pesquet.
Since its inception, the Selmer company has never stopped innovating, reinventing itself and seeking excellence in everything it develops. They have proven it again in recent years with the release of their latest ranges of saxophones and clarinets. The Supreme and Signature saxophones as well as the Presence and Muse clarinets are brilliant successes.
To celebrate its 140 years of success, Selmer is organizing a year full of events. Throughout the year 2025, offers, concerts and creations will punctuate their anniversary.
To start this anniversary in style, the manufacture leaves its factory with magnificent limited-series instruments.

They come with all the necessary accessories drawn in the design of the 140 years.
