Native Instruments GmbH, Schlesische Str. 29-30, 10997 Berlin, Germany (“Native Instruments”) is running a limited time promotion in some countries, as detailed below. Customers who purchase one of the following products affected by the promotion will have the opportunity to benefit from the respective reduction in cashback, as follows:

Cashback of 100 € for the models:
- Komplete Kontrol S49
- Komplete Kontrol S61
- Maschine MK3

Cashback of 200 € for the models:
- Komplete Kontrol S88
- Maschine +

The Cashback promotion only concerns the products listed in the first article, provided that they are purchased between 16.11.2022 and 06.01.2023, in accordance with these general conditions.

The customer must send his cashback request by 07.01.2023 at the latest. After checking all the details, the respective amount will be transferred to the customer's account.

The cashback request can only be made via the Native Instruments website by registering the product purchased.

Once the customer has requested a cashback, the affected product cannot be returned.

The cashback amount can only be transferred in euros to a SEPA bank account located in a participating country (as defined in article 7) or in any other member country of the European Union.

Only people who are end customers and usually reside in one of the following countries can benefit from the promotion: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy , Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria (the “Eligible Territories”). The promotion is only valid for the purchase of new products specified in article 1, in the country of usual residence of the end customer. Used or imported products are excluded from this promotion.

It may take up to 90 (ninety) days to collect the cashback from the date the request is received. However, Native Instruments cannot be held responsible for delays in cashback collection.

The customer can request a cashback by completing all the fields of the dedicated online form. Native Instruments will verify the serial number of the product. Proof of purchase of the product must also be sent in electronic, complete and legible form.

Returned products are not included in this promotion. Native Instruments reserves the right to verify whether the product has been returned, using the serial number. If the product has been returned, any cashback paid to the customer must be refunded to Native Instruments within 14 (fourteen) days.

By making a request via the Native Instruments website specified below in these general conditions, the client declares to accept these general conditions, to have read the confidentiality notice and to certify that the information provided he or she provided is complete and accurate.

This promotion is only valid on products purchased from the Native Instruments online store or from an authorized reseller of the products stipulated in article 1 in the territory.

Native Instruments reserves the right to process, view and store any data transferred by the customer as part of this promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. This includes the transfer of the relevant payment data to the payment service responsible for making the refund. The refund will be made by secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany.

Data Protection: All data collected in connection with this promotion is used by Native Instruments for the sole purpose of this promotion, as stipulated in these terms and conditions. All personal data related to the promotion will be deleted from our database six months after the end of this promotion. Information relating to the use of personal data in connection with the Native ID account and the newsletter is available in our Privacy Policy.

Only the initial purchaser can benefit from the promotion. It is only possible to participate once. Duplicate names, serial numbers and email addresses are automatically checked.

Native Instruments reserves the right to reject any cashback request if the VAT for the product concerned has not been paid.

Native Instruments reserves the right to reject any incorrect or inaccurate request. Corrupted, illegible or incomplete claims and proofs of purchase are not valid.

Native Instruments cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of honoring the terms of this promotional offer in the event of force majeure preventing it or in the event that it would no longer be possible to honor this offer in a satisfactory manner and without being able to do so. 'neither party is responsible.

This offer is only valid while stocks last. The products concerned by this promotional offer are only available according to the corresponding stock volumes. Native Instruments cannot be held responsible in the event that resellers are unable to supply the goods during the promotional period.

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and coupons. It is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.

No request received after the end of the promotional period will be honored. The purchase date must appear on the sales receipt in order to benefit from the promotion.

If any provision of these general conditions is or becomes invalid, in whole or in part, said provision will have no effect on the validity of the other provisions. On the other hand, the parties are required to replace the invalid provision with another valid one whose meaning is as close as possible to that of the original provision.

This promotion is subject to the legislation in force in Germany. The legal provisions concerning the condition of the choice of legislation and the relevance of the mandatory provisions, in particular the state in which the client, as such, usually resides, remain intact. If the customer is a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the jurisdiction chosen to resolve any dispute in connection with this promotion is Berlin in Germany.
