These new Remo Ambassador SMT bass drum heads feature a pre-damped design with Sub Muffl technology, an external damping profile that includes a floating acoustic foam ring.
This improvement takes a lot of time and guesswork to get the ideal amount of tone and sustain from your kick drum.
The head itself is made from a single layer of 10mm Mylar which contains a large amount of low frequencies with carefully controlled mid and high frequencies. The Remo Ambassador SMT kick drum heads are suitable for a variety of moods and genres, making it easier than ever to sculpt the ideal kick drum sound.
