Specification
The Zenko is a tongue drum created by Metal Sounds. This melodic metal percussion is the result of long research and development work carried out jointly by the Metal Sounds team and a set of scientific and industrial partners specializing in metal. Everything has been studied: the material (stainless steel), the cutting of the blades, the assembly, the finishes ... And the result is up to par!
The sound of Zenko propagates in soft and round waves. Its harmonic richness comes from an impeccable and reliable tuning over time. It will produce different sounds depending on whether it is played by hand or with the drumsticks (supplied).
The C major pentatonic scale is a repeating 5-note scale (C D E G A). An A3 is placed in the center to have a bass to lean on. This pentatonic C range is easy to play, it will suit all types of players, confirmed or in the making, and can accompany or be accompanied by various instruments for energizing sessions full of good vibrations.
