The Mad Professor Sky Blue Overdrive is a unique four-button pedal designed to "overdrive" already distorted amps as well as provide a light overdrive or smooth distortion on clean tones.
The special thing about this pedal is that you can adjust the feel and dynamics with the Texture and Z knobs.
The texture allows you to change how and when the circuit warps as well as to adjust the overall EQ. The Z is a control that creates an adjustable load on the connected instrument. With standard guitars equipped with passive pickups, this control will adjust the upper resonance peak of the pickups. It also affects the taper of the guitar's volume control, adjusting how the sound cleans up when you use the guitar's volume knob. Operates from 7.5V to 18VDC.
