The specialist's opinion
This compact reverb pedal gives you an arsenal of parameters to modify, while remaining simple and easy to use.
The JHS Spring Tank lets you create the perfect spring reverb for your sound with controls for depth, length, treble, boost (to control the overall volume), and two independent, switchable reverb mixes called Tanks 1 and Tank 2.
The depth controls the size of the room, while the length controls the reverb time of the reverb. Highs gives you the ability to control the tone of the reverb by adding or subtracting high frequencies. Tank 1 acts as the primary mix control for the reverb, while Tank 2 is the secondary mix control activated by the Tank 2 switch. So you have two options for on-the-fly reverb mixing! You'll also find a Boost control so you can recoup any perceived volume loss from the reverb. There is also an internal switch to choose to have the effects loop activated only when tank 2 is engaged or permanently.
