The specialist's opinion

The GuitarScaler is a system that allows you to immediately see which notes to play on the neck of the guitar.

You just have to place your fingers where a circle is drawn to be sure to play the right notes in the right key.

To choose the tone, nothing could be simpler, drag the slider until it appears in the small square window. Want to play the notes of a C scale? Drag the slider to the letter C. You want to switch to A #? Slide it again to A #. Would you like to play Major or Minor scales? Flip the slider to one side or the other and you get the mode you want. What could be simpler? The GuitarScaler uses exactly the same marks as on a guitar opposite the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th frets, etc. ? It simply sits on the table in front of you or on the knee while you play. The GuitarScaler consists of a case and a multi-range ruler. On the multi-range ruler, three ranges are represented by three different colors. The pentatonic scale (5 notes per scale) is represented by the quarter notes. The blues scale (6 notes per scale) is represented by the blue notes added to the black notes The heptatonic scale (7 notes per scale) is represented by the red notes added to the black notes The Major and minor modes of these scales are found on the front and back sides of the strips. ? The three additional strips are specific to each range separately. There is therefore a ruler specific to the pentatonic scale, a ruler specific to the heptatonic scale, and a ruler specific to the blues scale. These three additional rulers provide a better reading of the scales.
