The specialist's opinion

The Radiale JDX is a direct box for guitar amps.

It allows you to get a perfect sound from your amp head by avoiding using a microphone in front of the cabinet.

An active filter reproduces the response curve of a typical 12 "speaker. This DI allows you to have a consistent sound at every gig.

Specification

It is a very common practice for guitarists to place a microphone in front of the loudspeaker to send the signal to a mixing, sound or recording console.
The major problem is that the microphone being very close to the speaker membrane, a change in position, even a slight one, causes a radical change in tone, thus making homogeneous results difficult to obtain.
-The acoustics of a room that changes from one date to another tends to exacerbate this phenomenon and, moreover, the repisse of the other instruments by the microphone makes the mixing sometimes difficult.
The Radial JDX solves these problems by eliminating the need for the microphone.
The JDX uses a transformer to isolate the amplifier from the PA / recording system to avoid unwanted noise caused by ground loops. An active filter reproduces the response curve of a typical 12 '' speaker.
The JDX uses a 100% discrete class A circuit for the best possible sound result.
By eliminating the need for a microphone, the Radial JDX allows for a consistent guitar tone from show to show. THE sound has never been so easy to achieve!
