The AX-Edge incorporates the ZEN-Core synthesis system, which offers a myriad of carefully crafted sounds, optimized to be able to pierce into a stage mix, even at high volumes. Programmable buttons allow quick access to favorite settings for rhythmic backing sounds, or solos with sharp leads and quivering bass. The AX-Edge editing application, with a Bluetooth MIDI connection, as well as the ZEN-Core and Wave Expansions sound packs provide an additional level of sound customization. Between splitting and layering of instruments, a wide range of new effects, a compressor and a master EQ, the AX-Edge makes it possible to produce a studio-quality sound in any situation. Finally, with the Tone Remain function, it is possible to switch from one sound to another without a note or effect cut.
