The Melody Maker range by Lee Oskar is intended for playing more Irish, Afro music when played in first position and more jazz, reggae, country and Latin when played in second position.
The Melody Maker harmonica, on the other hand, is not suitable for the Blues.
It has a special tuning which allows for example to play a G scale on a C harmonica, useful when it is difficult to alter a note with a standard tuning.
